Chair Yoga

Join us to build strength, stretch, gain balance and flexibility while seated or standing with the aid of a chair.  This class is perfect for those simply seeking a mindful, low-impact practice. Breathwork, stretching, and yoga poses come together to create a calming experience that nurtures the mind, body and soul.
