Deep Stretch Yoga

Stretch Yoga is a mindful movement class that blends the best of yoga's mobility alignment with focused stretching techniques. You'll explore a combination of stretches guided by breath awareness and body alignment. While its not a high-intensity workout, a consistent stretch practice supports weight management by reducing stress hormones, improving body awareness, and increasing movement efficiency. Ideal for all levels-modifications are always included.
