"My name is Tracy, I completed my 200 hour over a year ago at Padma Yoga. I can't tell you how wonderfully it has changed my life. Micki is a great teacher, and has years of experience to pass on to fellow students. I now guide others in class and enjoy teaching so much. Attending and completing your 200 hour certification, is a gateway to changes in your life. Gateway to yoga, gateway to nutrition and gateway to JOY! When one positive change happens, its a chain reaction to many positive changes. And the way you feel after those changes are made is an experience like NO OTHER. NAMASTE!!!!!"

-TRACY Flagler Beach

"I took the teacher training at Padma Yoga when I was going through a time in my life when I needed a change. I had been searching different programs, knew I wanted a journey. Not only the physical aspects of yoga. When I came across Padma I knew it was the right fit. It was centered around the spiritual side as well as the physical postures. The meditative, calming atmosphere was exactly what I needed to find some peace. It led to me actually choosing to then become a teacher, to share this gift with others. This journey is one that i am glad i went on and I still continue on. Thank you to Padma for providing me the tools that led to me finding the true meaning of yoga, of union. Yoga has helped me physically, emotionally and spiritually. I recommend this teacher training to anyone who has a passion for yoga and who feels they are missing something, looking for something, or wanting to be a teacher."
