Dynamic Bands Flow

Ignite your metabolism with our high-intensity resistance band workout. This fast-paced class combines cardio and strength, using bands to add resistance to exercises like squats, clam clambahells, and lunges.  It's an effective way to build lean muscle to strengthen & tone. This class also incorporates yoga, core & balance. Challenge yourself, while also honoring your body.  All levels are welcome, modifications will be given & everything is an option.  Bands are optional!
