Intro to Yoga: From Breath to Being

Step onto your mat for a class crafted with beginners in mind, yet offering something for every practitioner. This class invites you to discover the flow of breath, movement, stillness, and awareness.

We begin by settling into the present moment with grounding and reflection on a yogic teaching or guiding principle, setting the tone for intention and mindful presence. 

A simple, steady, alignment-based movement practice follows, with clear guidance and options for every body. Each shape becomes an opportunity to embody these teachings through mindful movement and presence. 

We close our practice with stillness, allowing the body and mind to rest, absorb, and integrate the experience. 

This is a space to experience yoga at your own pace, just as you are—no experience or flexibility required. Simply bring an open heart and mind, and a willingness to explore.
