Take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself in this gentle meditation class. We will begin with light, accessible stretches followed by slow, mindful movement to ease tension in the body and prepare for stillness. From there, you will be guided through a calming meditation practice designed to quiet the mind, deepen your breath, and bring a sense of inner balance. This class offers a nourishing way to release and end your-supporting your mind, body, and spirit-so you leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace. No prior experience is needed-just come as you are.
