Slow down and soften with a practice designed to nurture your body and mind. This class blends gentle, mindful movement with the deep release of yin yoga, using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets to fully support you in every posture.

We’ll begin with slow, flowing movements to awaken the body and ease tension, then transition into longer-held yin poses that target the connective tissues and invite profound relaxation. Props will be used throughout to encourage comfort, stability, and surrender.
