Through gentle, restorative yoga, (postures that you rest in for longer ) supported by props, blankets, and pillows - we melt into the Earth and release what no longer serves us. Instead of active holds, this is all about letting go, being guided to release as much tension as possible - in body, mind & soul.
Resting in the soft glow of candlelight and bathed in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, singing pyramids, chimes, or gentle music chosen intuitively for each class, we journey through layers of awareness. Centered, grounded, and open. Light breathing techniques will be offered to use if you wish. Deep rest invites you to soften into your body and your truth.
