Dance & Yoga
In 2017, Jeanna found herself on a yoga mat when a neurologist suggested counseling, and the mental health counselor suggested yoga!
Jeanna is proud to call Bunnell her hometown since 1988! She raised all three of her daughters here, and is the Owner/Artistic Director for the longest-running dance studio in Flagler County: Flagler School of Dance.
Aside from being a dance teacher, Jeanna also has experience as an educator for grades K-12 and received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida.
She is 200 HR CYT and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She plans to continue her studies to receive additional certifications that blend both her love of dance and yoga.
Yoga has been such a healing and transformative journey, and she is excited and inspired to share space with students on their own path to health, love and light.

Natascha’s journey to yoga included a move across the Atlantic from her original home near cold and snowy Bern, Switzerland, to her dream home here in warm and sunny Florida!
Once in the States, Natascha took up weight lifting and running, regularly logging more than 40 miles a week until she suffered a serious leg break in 2016. She had a long recovery from that injury, and was never able to run as well even after fully healing. In 2018 she discovered yoga while recovering from a surgery and was excited to find a new way to keep her body moving while bringing calm and peace to her mind and spirit. The physical yoga practice got Natascha’s body back on track, building her strength up and helping her maintain a healthy weight, while the practice of pranayama and meditation helped her to accept that her days as a competitive athlete were over.
Over time, Natascha began to educate herself in yogic teachings like the Sutras, the Yamas and Niyamas, mythology, physiology, and history. In 2022 she earned RYT200 status through Yoga Alliance and began to teach on a part-time basis at several studios in the Palm Coast area. Three years later, she completed her RYT300 hour certification. Along the course of her learning journey Natascha also became certified in sound healing, completed a 10-hour course in prenatal yoga, and has taught workshops like “Mala creation” and “The stories behind the poses.”
Now a full-time yoga instructor, Natascha loves helping people to feel good, guiding them and showing them the power of their minds and bodies. She finds that the mindfulness of the yoga practice, the bringing together of mind, body, and soul, and the connection to the source makes everything fall into place. The teachings bring peace and balance to her life, and she is excited to help others find them as well.

Beginner Yoga
I found yoga in an unexpected place – on a massage table in 2007. I was there seeking relief from fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel syndrome. The massage therapist, a woman decades older than me with the same ailments, but moving with such strength, shared that yoga was her secret. Inspired, I signed up for massage therapy school and rolled out my first yoga mat.
Life took some hard turns after that. Addiction pulled me away from everything good – my massage work, yoga, my family, and myself. I eventually found my way to recovery and back to. life. In 2020, my best friend practically dragged me to a hot yoga class one early rainy morning. There, dripping with sweat, matching movement to breath, I felt something shift inside me. That moment sparked a lifelong change in me, and I have devoted myself to the practice every day since.
Yoga changed everything for me – it changed how I live my life. I find peace in my body, clarity in my mind, and a connection to something greater than myself. Yoga is a precious gift, and it fills my heart to share it. Everyone deserves to find their way back to themselves. That's why I teach, to empower people to rediscover themselves, to develop an embodied practice that radiates outward. I offer a safe space for healing, growth, and becoming.
I know what it's like to be lost. I also know what it's like to find your way back. Let me walk with you on this path. Together, we can discover the strength that's already inside you. Life gives us all different wounds to heal from. But here's what I've learned: wounds become windows, curiosity leads to discovery, and every person’s journey of healing adds to humanity’s collective consciousness.
In a world that's telling us to be something else, the bravest thing we can do is be ourselves. It's not always easy. Sometimes it's terrifying. But this journey to finding yourself? It's the most important work you'll ever do.
Ready to begin? Let's practice together.

Micki "Padma" first became interested in yoga at the age of 56, while watching an Oprah show in April 2001, featuring yoga for stress relief with Rodney Yee. This marked the beginning of her personal life-changing and healing journey.
What began as a "once in a while stress relief class" became a passion for the practice of yoga. Through the guidance of her first teacher, Eryn Boudreau, she began teacher training in 2003, graduating in 2004 from Discovery Yoga, St. Augustine, FL, ultimately receiving a 200-hour certification in Discovery and Kripalu Yoga from Deva Parnell.
Since that time, Micki has continued her personal growth, studying with nationally recognized teachers and attending numerous workshops and seminars. Micki has completed her 500-hour Master Level professional certification at Discovery Yoga with Christopher Baxter and has since completed the required hours teaching to receive the E-RYT 500 status.
In early 2007, Micki found it increasingly difficult to continue in her "regular" job and also teach yoga. Listening to her inner voice, she took a leap of faith and retired early at the age of 62 to teach yoga full-time. She has never regretted that decision.
I am always a student first, learning from other teachers and also from my own students, whom I am privileged to teach and guide. Yoga has been a true transformation for me. Sharing the gifts of knowledge my teachers have given me and helping others to make positive changes in their lives through yoga is my priority.

Pilates & Yoga
Fitness has been a life-changing journey for me, and I’m passionate about helping others discover their own journey. Originally from the north, I found my true heart and home in the sunny south. With over 27 years of experience as a public school educator, teaching is at the core of who I am. For the past six years, I’ve brought that passion into leading group fitness classes.
Certified in both Pilates and Yoga, I combine the two to create a practice that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. I believe in achieving wellness through a balanced approach that combines strength, flexibility, and balance.
When I’m not teaching, I love exploring parks, beaches and lighthouses. I spend a lot of time recharging by the water with my husband and taking our dog, Rylie for long walks. The ocean is my ultimate source of inspiration and energy.

Hatha Yoga
Teaching Yoga is my passion and I’d love to help you progress in your practice. My teachers were Syama and Dhyana Masla (sisters) who owned and operated two Yoga studios in New York. I was so blessed to have them in my life. I learned the importance of alignment and so much more; I want to share that knowledge so others can get as much benefit from Yoga as possible. That was 14 years ago and I have been teaching ever since.
I am so happy to be in Flagler Beach. Yoga has truly been a game changer in my life.

Jason started his Tai Chi/Qigong journey in 2000. Early on Jason had trained in various martial arts and energy work. In 2000 he met one of his primary teachers Master F, J, Paolillo of the Tao Institute. Jason trained and taught intensively for the Tao Institute for 13+ years. Jason has also trained with various acupuncturists, learning acupuncture theory as it pertains to energy cultivation, healing and martial application. He works with all ages and skill levels. Whether it is group classes or private one on one instruction, the classes can be curated to meet the specific needs of the student. Jason has extensive knowledge in other martial arts like Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Sayoc Kali. He has performed on stage, been in an independent film, and has been in multiple magazines. His other passions are his family, surfing, traveling, and cultivating the Flagler Beach community.

Scott has been practicing yoga, meditation, and t'ai chi for nearly half a century. His yoga journey began in 1975 with Transcendental Meditation. Soon thereafter he began studying Kripalu Yoga with its founder Amrit Desai; currently he's a senior teacher and lead teacher trainer in the Kripalu-based Discovery Yoga School in St. Augustine, Florida. An E-RYT 500 teacher, he is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider offering advanced workshops in Yin Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Safe Yoga Anatomy, Contemplative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, etc. as well as leading RYT 200 and RYT 300 teacher training programs. He began teaching Tai Chi and Qigong--or "Chinese Yoga"--in 1984, completing a fifteen year teacher apprenticeship, and often brings tai chi principles to the yoga mat. A former university honors professor (and kindergarten teacher), he has travelled and taught all over the world including Hawaii, Costa Rica, Europe and Asia. His Ph.D. is in "aesthetic" education, developing holistic methods of teaching and learning, and he applies this educational philosophy to the teaching of yoga as a holistic and, potentially, transformative experience.

Gail Holt is a compassionate Kripalu-trained yoga teacher, inspired by the teachings of Erich Shiffmann, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and a rich lineage of incredible practitioners who have shared their wisdom on healing through breath, movement, and meditation. Her gentle and inclusive approach welcomes yogis of all levels, inviting you to explore your inner landscape with kindness and curiosity. She encourages you to discover and connect with the vital life force and the gentle flow of energy that resides within your body, heart, and mind, fostering a sense of deeper healing and inner peace.
