Sculpt & Stretch

This energizing class fuses strength-building, core stability, functional movement, and deep stretching to create the ultimate full-body balance.
You’ll start with an uplifting warm-up, then move through dynamic sculpting exercises using props to strengthen, lengthen, and enhance mobility.

The session concludes with a calm stretching and mindful breathwork, helping you release tension, restore flexibility, and reset for your day.  Ideal for anyone seeking to build strength, move with ease, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
