Tai Chi ~ Chen Style

Available to all ages and skill levels. We will learn the first section of the Chen Tai Chi form. This class will incorporate qigong, stance training, and seated meditation. The student will learn about yin/yang and how it applies to energy cultivation, martial arts, and life.
