Wall Yin Yoga

Experience deep release and relaxation in this restorative Wall Yin class. Using the support of the wall and props like blankets and bolsters, you'll gently hold poses for extended periods, targeting the connective tissues of the hips, spine, and hamstrings. The gentle inversion of some poses can also improve circulation and reduce tension. The class concludes with a guided meditation, allowing you to fully integrate the benefits of the practice and cultivate inner calm
