Do you long for Inner Peace? Maybe it seems like that deep feeling of Peace is something that you can only get a glimpse of? Or it only happens when everything around you is a certain way? In good news – the Yogis tell us that Inner Peace is the steady background of our lives.
In bad news – we all forget, get distracted and upset, and have many moments of feeling disconnected from that kind of peace. But not to worry – your Inner Peace is still there.
Better news – it’s possible to connect to that Inner Peace right away, especially when you use tools and practices that have been passed down to us for millennia by the yogis.
Best news – you’re invited to a full day of yoga experiences that can reveal the Inner Peace that’s already inside you.
Spend your Saturday with Janie Ganga, along with Laughing Lotus owner Padma, and a small group of students for a unique and grounded experience of Inner Peace that you can carry with you. Each of our experiences are rooted in the tradition of I AM Yoga (Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga) and will be shared and adapted based on your body, mind, and spirit. Our day together in the studio will include:
Yoga Asana with an active first half and meditative second half
Chanting & Meditation in Motion practice
Fully-Guided I AM Yoga Nidra Meditation
Shared Puja Ritual honoring the elements and one another
Plus, we’ll eat together as a group and integrate a walk to the beach and a mindfulness practice, with our feet on the sand, as part of our day. So you can soak up a little bit of Vitamin Sea and Vitamin C=community.
Everyone is welcome! All of the practices will have options – so beginners, people who have practiced some yoga, and people with a lot of yoga experience will all benefit. Questions? Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to Janie Ganga: janieganga@gmail.com
