This specialized yin class combines the power of myofascial release using therapy balls with the deep, sustained stretches of yin yoga. We’ll begin by using balls and props to target areas of tension, gently working into the muscles and connective tissues. From there, we’ll move into supported yin postures, holding each shape for several minutes to encourage profound release and restoration.

With the help of props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets, you’ll be fully supported in each pose, allowing your body to relax deeply and your mind to quiet.

Perfect for anyone feeling tight, stressed, or seeking a reset for the body and mind.

Bring: Comfortable clothing, water, and any favorite props or therapy balls if you have them (extras will be available)
