Yoga came into my life at a time when I needed it most. What started as a way to move my body became a practice that taught me to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the present moment. It changed my perspective in ways I never expected, and that experience inspired me to complete my 200-hour teacher training so I could share yoga with others.

My classes focus on mindful movement, intentional breath, and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, whether it's your first class or your hundredth. I believe yoga isn't about doing the perfect pose. It's about showing up for yourself, just as you are, and leaving class feeling a little more grounded, a little stronger, and a little more at peace.

When I'm not on my mat, you'll usually find me at the beach, hiking, skiing, baking sourdough, spending time with family, or enjoying adventures with my dogs. Nature has a way of reminding me to slow down and appreciate life's simple moments, and that's the feeling I hope every student takes with them after class.
