Kat Shupe


Kathryn Shupe is a certified Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Yoga and Pilates who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful, supportive movement. An educator at heart, she retired after a fulfilling career in the public school system and now brings that same spirit of encouragement, patience, and curiosity into every class she leads.

Kathryn believes movement should be accessible for every body and every stage of life. She loves introducing children to the joy of mindfulness through Kids Yoga and helping adults and seniors build strength, mobility, and confidence through Chair Yoga and gentle movement practices. Her goal is to create welcoming spaces where students feel supported and inspired in their own wellness journey.

Currently completing her 300-hour yoga teacher training on the path to becoming a 500-hour Yoga Teacher, Kathryn continues to deepen her practice and her ability to guide others through movement, breath, and intention. Kathryn believes that even the smallest movement can spark strength, confidence, and connection.

When she’s away from the mat, Kathryn enjoys visiting different lighthouses, beach walks, and outdoor adventures with her husband and their dog, Rylie. Time near the water is where she feels most grounded and inspired.
