Natascha’s journey to yoga began with a major lifestyle shift, following her heart to the warm, sunny shores of Florida. Once she settled here, her days were filled as a stay-at-home mom raising her three kids. To keep her own energy high, she poured herself into weightlifting and running, regularly logging over 40 miles a week just to clear her mind and stay strong.
However, a severe leg fracture in 2016 and a long recovery permanently altered her relationship with running. In 2018, while recovering from a later surgery, Natascha discovered yoga. She was initially looking for a safe, gentle way to keep her body moving, but she found so much more. While the physical practice rebuilt her strength and vitality, it was her discovery of pranayama (breathwork) and meditation that truly healed her spirit. Learning to master the breath gave her a profound tool to quiet mental chatter, balance her nervous system, and gracefully accept the end of her high-mileage running days.
Fascinated by the depth of the practice, Natascha immersed herself in the study of the Yoga Sutras, anatomy, mythology, and history. She earned her RYT-200 in 2022, began teaching in the Palm Coast area, and completed her advanced RYT-500 certification in 2025. Guided by a deep passion for pranayama and lifelong learning, she has also completed specialized training in prenatal yoga. Natascha absolutely loves hosting immersive experiences and unique workshops, including guided meditation and Yoga Nidra layered with the healing frequencies of singing bowls, as well as "Mala Creation," "The Stories Behind the Poses," and "The Blindfold Experience."
Now a full-time instructor, Natascha's mission is to help people feel truly good in their own skin. In her classes, she invites you to leave the busy world outside, treat every movement like a ritual, and take every pose like a sacred offering to yourself. There is nothing to prove and no need to perform here. Together, she lets the breath bridge the gap between effort and ease, carrying you safely home to yourself.
