During this class I will guide you on a journey of peace and tranquility through meditation. I will incorporate breath-work, visualization, and gentle movement to relax and center the mind. This class will help you reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate mindfulness, leading to a deeper sense of peace. This practice can be done seated on your mat, in a chair or lying down. It is designed for your comfortability.
